Dayani Center and Center for Integrative Health

1. What did you enjoy most about the sessions?
2. Do you think it is hard to combine Complementary & Alternative Medicine with Western Medicine when taking care of patients? Why or why not?

1. I really enjoyed all of it. The chair yoga was fun, and then seeing Rosie get massaged was funny. I learned how to self-massage myself with a ball too, so that will definitely come in handy. The water aerobics was really interesting too. I never realized how much of a workout you can get in a pool and I must say that I'm impressed that the old folks can do some of the same things that we did. It was a good day.

2. I don't think it's actually that hard to combine the too, because I think that Western Medicine and Alternative Medicine can work together to make a patient healthier in a shorter amount of time. Western medicine solves now's problems, while alternative helps prevent and relieve in a more relaxing manner. It's cool to think that we have options that appeal to us anytime we need help.
